Who is Pastor Jackson Morro?
Jackson Morro lives in Fall River, Massachusetts where he pastors the church he founded in 1981, Christ's Chapel. The church has a weekly nursing home outreach ministry within the city. Pastor Morro also hosts a weekly local cable television program called Words of Life, on which he teaches from the Bible. Christ's Chapel has two branch churches in Accra, Ghana.
"At Christ's Chapel, we believe the most important decision in life is to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and be fully committed to Him. The second most important decision is the walk of discipleship - spending the rest of our lives becoming conformed to His image (Romans 8:29). We have always wanted Christ's Chapel and its ministry outreaches to be a place where Jesus Himself would always feel welcome and comfortable."
Christ's Chapel is located at 1249 Rodman Street, Fall River, Massachusetts 02722. Their mailing address is PO Box 3182, Fall River, Massachusetts 02722.
Saved in November 1974, and baptized with the Holy Spirit in 1975, Pastor Morro has a call on his life to bring the Gospel to as many as he can, and to coach those in his flock to live the victorious life in Christ. He has written several booklets to help Christians succeed and understand the Bible.
Pastor Morro holds a Bachelor's degree in history from Providence College, where he graduated first in his class, summa cum laude; a Master's degree in constitutional and legal history from the University of Michigan; and he attended two years of Theological Studies at the University of Ottawa in Ontario, Canada.
He taught at Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts for 10 years and then rerouted his career as Assistant Director of Security for many years at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. Today he pastors and writes full-time. Many of his writings can be found on this website.
